I joined PlanB as a mum at school looked so amazing, I wanted to find out how she had done it. I pinged Chris, had a virtual appointment and 12 weeks later I have lost over 4 inches around my waste, my legs have decreased 2 inches and my bingo wings are slowly disappearing. so far I have lost 18 lbs, its not the weight loss I was looking to achieve, it was changing my lifestyle. I am a single parent who struggled with exercise that could work with the school run and all the parent and work busyness, the team have enabled me to re-learn how to eat healthily and show me that I could do it. I love the 6am Zoom workouts (face to face and 9.30am is also available, plus additional ones on other days), my kids join in sometimes as well and its great fun. I had never exercised before and hated sweating, now I cant get enough of it, just wish they had exercise classes at 6am every day to do. I like “getting it out the way” before I become busy and then tired. The most important thing for me was that I chose the at home workouts in my front room as I cant leave the kids at home on their own. The other great thing it teaches you is about nutrition, about different hormones in your body and the daily small bite size chunks of info that you slowly take in. they even give you free cookbooks so you can learn to cook healthily. There is a private facebook page as well so you can post your pictures and be accountable. If I was asked would I recommend the team. If would be a YES from me. My mum saw me the other day from a distance and her words were :- I don’t think I have even seen you looking that trim and healthy. I will be working with the team moving forward and no 2 exercise sessions are the same so its not boring. They are all super helpful and want the best from their ladies!
