Our female only Fitness Camp programme helps you regain and maintain your health, fitness and energy levels. When you start working with us, we will take you step by step through our famous Six Week Transformation Challenge that will give you the perfect foundation to long term health, fitness and wellness. The Six Week Challenge comes with a progressive training programme, full nutritional guidelines, goal setting, and total accountability.
