5 weeks in and I have absolutely loved Plan B. I have not felt so motivated for exercising as I have over the last 5 weeks, x3 times a week, often at 6am (in the dark and freezing cold). The energy of the trainers and the group is fantastic and has made me look forward to exercising again. My energy during the day is loads better due to the nutrician, no more afternoon slumps and Im feeding myself properly for the first time in a long time. Cannot recommend Chris, Tom and the team enough – thank you 🙏🙂

Great results from an intense but satisfying 6 weeks with Plan B fitness. Feeling physically and mentally re-energised … and clothes all a little looser and more comfortable. Also seem to have kicked my caffeine addiction which is a real bonus for energy levels throughout the day. Working as a group really keeps you motivated, and I can even say by the end of 6 weeks I was almost looking forward to the 6am starts – seemed hard to believe at the outset, but starting the day with a beautiful sunrise is a real mood-enhancer. Recommend it to anyone in the area whose exercise and snacking habits need a bit of a ‘kick up the bum’ – as mine certainly did!

I joined Plan B after passing several times during my morning bike ride whilst the sessions were happening in Bushy Park. I noticed that everybody was really into their workout and no session seemed to be the same, I quickly Googled it and made an appointment. Chris was very enthusiastic and gave me the confidence to start a 6 week challenge. During the first 2 weeks I found it hard but there is no time to feel sorry for yourself as Tom and Chris are very encouraging and really helped me through to the end of the challenge. After the 6 weeks I continued with the programme because I noticed an increase in energy levels, I felt healthier and managed to get into my old jeans! Something I couldn’t achieve with cycling alone. I would recommend it to anyone!

My Plan B 6wk challenge experience has been fantastic! I lost 21.6lbs (9.7kg), 5 inches from my waist, lost 5% body fat & added 7% muscle and I couldn’t be more delighted 😊 What you see is what you get with Plan B – the results they claim are spot on (if you follow their process) and they couldn’t have been more helpful & supportive throughout. The classes were great and I actually looked forward to the early rise for the 6am class as they set up my day well by getting outside for some fresh air and movement, and fit into my schedule that way. I was concerned about getting my head around the nutrition, food prep & tracking but the guidance, tools & recommendations was super helpful and I few like I’ve found a new hobby 😊 I love my colourful plates of food 😊 I chose this programme as I knew I needed a kickstart with accountability & support through the whole process, between the coaches and the Plan B fb community I got exactly what I needed to make this successful for me. I have fibromyalgia and joined Plan B as I had found myself in a cycle of pain and immobility. I followed the 6 week nutrition plan which was educational as well as practical and supports the science behind the new regime. This gave me the impetus to participate in personal training sessions twice a week with Helen. She has been amazing and it has literally transformed my fitness and mobility. I have tried several forms of exercise without success and end up giving up. Helen knows when to push and when to offer alternative exercise. The progress has been rapid and motivating, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I joined PlanB as a mum at school looked so amazing, I wanted to find out how she had done it. I pinged Chris, had a virtual appointment and 12 weeks later I have lost over 4 inches around my waste, my legs have decreased 2 inches and my bingo wings are slowly disappearing. so far I have lost 18 lbs, its not the weight loss I was looking to achieve, it was changing my lifestyle. I am a single parent who struggled with exercise that could work with the school run and all the parent and work busyness, the team have enabled me to re-learn how to eat healthily and show me that I could do it. I love the 6am Zoom workouts (face to face and 9.30am is also available, plus additional ones on other days), my kids join in sometimes as well and its great fun. I had never exercised before and hated sweating, now I cant get enough of it, just wish they had exercise classes at 6am every day to do. I like “getting it out the way” before I become busy and then tired. The most important thing for me was that I chose the at home workouts in my front room as I cant leave the kids at home on their own. The other great thing it teaches you is about nutrition, about different hormones in your body and the daily small bite size chunks of info that you slowly take in. they even give you free cookbooks so you can learn to cook healthily. There is a private facebook page as well so you can post your pictures and be accountable. If I was asked would I recommend the team. If would be a YES from me. My mum saw me the other day from a distance and her words were :- I don’t think I have even seen you looking that trim and healthy. I will be working with the team moving forward and no 2 exercise sessions are the same so its not boring. They are all super helpful and want the best from their ladies!

I was away from home for 10 weeks and really missed my usual fitness activities. Plan B really help and I achieved a massive change of body shape. Fat loss and muscule build were a great part of the result but only part of the story. I can get into my clothes (saving me £000’s), I feel better, my skin is improved and I have more energy. The workout were fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience – and highly recommend it.
